Andre Mura Discusses Remedies for Volkswagen Diesel Owners with Local Media

Andre M. Mura is Of Counsel to Gibbs Law Group LLP with experience representing plaintiffs in class action and complex litigation concerning consumers’ and workers’ rights, products liability, drug and medical devices, federal jurisdiction, and constitutional law.

Andre has been sought out by local and national press covering the Volkswagen emissions scandal after Gibbs Law Group LLP filed a class action against the company on September 21, 2015. When questioned about damages by KTVU Local News in the Bay Area, Andre said:

“People paid a premium for these cars. They paid more for clean diesel cars than they would have for a clean diesel equivalent. Now, the question is whether the law supports their entitlement to the difference in the premium price, and we think it does.”
