Kristy Graham is dedicated to obtaining justice for consumers and employees in federal and state class cases nationwide. Kristy focuses her practice on brief writing in consumer protection, financial fraud, data security, and products liability lawsuits. In her appellate advocacy work prior to joining Gibbs Law Group, Kristy was part of the brief writing team in the Dittman v. UPMC appeals. Dittman resulted in a groundbreaking opinion from the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, recognizing that collectors of sensitive personal and financial information have a duty to exercise reasonable care to safeguard that information.

Kristy is a 2003 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor of the Virginia Law Review. Prior to law school, Kristy worked as an environmental consultant at a multinational consulting firm in the Washington, D.C. area. Kristy received her undergraduate degree in environmental science from the University of Virginia in 1998.
