John Palys

John works on class action and complex litigation involving mass torts, product liability, and consumer protection. He focuses on factual research and investigation, document review and e-discovery, and trial preparation.

John’s experience prior to joining Gibbs Mura includes work on a wide range of matters, including mortgage-backed securities litigation, antitrust reviews, pharmaceutical litigation, telecommunications billing fraud, and product liability.

John graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2008, having served as Research Editor of the Journal of Business and Employment Law and represented small business owners at the school’s Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic.

John received his undergraduate degree from Pomona College in 2005 with a double-major in Economics and Politics. During his final year as an undergraduate, he assisted clients with paperwork in landlord-tenant, divorce, and child custody matters at the Pomona Self-Help Legal Access Center.
