Karen is responsible for the daily HR operations with a focus on talent, engagement, operations, and compliance.  She serves as a trusted advisor and approachable resource to attorneys and staff at every level, providing thoughtful guidance and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace.  Karen is a champion for protecting the firms’ culture with a focus on engagement and employee well-being & belonging, creating initiatives that strengthen connection, trust, and retention.
