AABA to Host Panel on Sex Discrimination in Silicon Valley

On June 1, 2015, the Asian American Bar Association will present Leveling the Playing Field: Gender, Bias, and Asian Americans in the Law and Silicon Valley. Gibbs Law Group attorney, Valerie H. Li, has helped organize the event as an AABA Civil Rights Committee member. Panelists will include Joan Williams, Distinguished Professor of Law at UC Hastings, and Michelle Lee, of Rudy, Exelrod, Zieff & Lowe. They will discuss the recent Pao v. Kleiner Perkins trial, bias in the workplace, and how to preserve your rights if you have been discriminated against.
