Lindsey joined Gibbs Law Group in 2020, with a focus on supporting clients facing hardships due to unethical business practices and employment misclassification.  As a hybrid litigation assistant and legal secretary, Lindsey interfaces with clients and attorneys on the firm’s Employment Law, Personal Injury and Consumer Protection cases. Lindsey is also an integral member of the firm’s Diversity Task Force and currently serves on the board of BALIF, the oldest and largest community of LGBTQI+ legal professionals in the nation.

Lindsey graduated from Mills College with a Bachelor of Arts in 2013 with a focus on painting and sculpture.  As a student, Lindsey was introduced to consumer law practices by a colleague and began working as an investigator for a small plaintiff’s law firm.  There, she researched companies and their products—many of which were tools of her trade as an artist—that caused cancer or reproductive harm to consumers.  After becoming more familiar with the practice, Lindsey took on a case development role and helped reveal hundreds of violations to California’s Proposition 65.
