Do you want to improve or flex your project coordination skills—while utilizing cutting-edge technology to support litigation against giant corporations, gaining exposure to the legal field, and contributing to righteous cases that make justice more accessible to everyday people? Then you may be the perfect candidate for a position at Gibbs Mura LLP, one of the “Titans of the Plaintiffs Bar.”

Our firm represents regular people in high-stakes, high-profile mass action and class action litigation. We bring cases against the world’s largest corporations—such as banks, utilities, and tech companies.

In this role, you will coordinate project details with lawyers and technologists to facilitate survey and automation setup, improve database functionality, and design processes to help gather and manage massive amounts of client data and effectively litigate cases.

The litigation tech team you would be joining has a strong team-oriented culture. A commitment to clear communication and collaboration is a must. Our litigation practice is complex, so you must be excited at the prospect of solving problems in a variety of multi-disciplinary situations.

Prior project management experience would be helpful, but if you are a dedicated learner with no prior experience, this may be the perfect job for you. The learning cycle is quick, and you will have excellent mentors. At our firm, effort can quickly outpace experience.

You Will Learn:

  • Project Coordination: Collaborating on long-term projects with many moving pieces
  • Communication Skills: Distilling complex technical concepts in a way that can be understood by attorneys, litigation assistants, and other stakeholders
  • System and Process Design: Crafting scalable systems that our mass litigation teams can utilize to advance the cases of thousands of clients
  • Automation: Automating processes to avoid human error and enable our attorneys and staff to spend more time fighting to get the best possible results for our clients
  • Technical Literacy: Develop your proficiency with a range of digital tools, platforms, and applications, building confidence in navigating and leveraging technology in a professional setting

You Need to Have:

  • A commitment to the work our firm does
  • Adaptable problem-solving and reasoning ability
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine interest in blazing a new path at the intersection of law and technology
