Eileen Epstein Carney, Partner at Gibbs Mura, will join a panel discussion hosted by the American Association for Justice Law Schools Committee and the National Plaintiffs’ Law Association discussing hiring within plaintiffs’ law firms.
The panel is aimed at law students and early-career attorneys interested in plaintiff-side work. In addition to her legal practice, Eileen helps set the firm’s strategic vision and oversees initiatives related to growth, recruiting, talent development, training and mentorship, community engagement, and client relationships. She will be joined by Danielle Mason of Singleton Schreiber and Shanin Specter of Kline & Specter to discuss what stands out during recruitment and how to launch a career within the plaintiffs’ bar.
The virtual session, “What Hiring Plaintiff Firms Are Looking For,” is scheduled for September 24 at 4:00 pm ET.

In 2025, Gibbs Mura founding partner, Eric Gibbs, and Singleton Schreiber managing partner, Danielle Ward Mason, co-founded the Mason Gibbs Plaintiffs Pathway Fellowship to broaden the pathway to the plaintiffs’ bar. The Fellowship seeks talented students interested in becoming litigators for marginalized communities and vulnerable people in high-impact matters.
