On August 27, 2019, Judge David O. Carter granted final approval to a class action settlement in the Hyundai Panoramic Sunroofs Class Action Lawsuit. The settlement provides class members with reimbursement for expenses and an extended 10-year, 120,000-mile warranty for shattered sunroof repairs, among other benefits.

In 2015, our lawyers filed a class action lawsuit alleging that panoramic sunroofs installed in certain Hyundai models spontaneously shattered, risking the safety of drivers, passengers and others on the road. “[T]his is an extraordinarily complex case and an extraordinarily creative solution.”
