Shawn Judge Honored as 2023 Ohio Super Lawyer

Shawn Judge protects consumer rights in complex litigation matters and has frequently been appointed to leadership positions. He is also an experienced mediator offering private mediation services for civil disputes.

Shawn currently serves as Special Counsel for the Ohio Attorney General litigating claims against five of the country’s largest pharmaceutical companies alleging misrepresentations and deceptive marketing that caused the nation’s devastating opioids crisis.

He has also served as co-lead counsel in a class action for lessors against a major oil and gas company, liaison counsel in a consumer class action against Honda, and counsel in a shareholder derivative lawsuit against Cardinal Health Inc. that resulted in a $124 million settlement. Currently, he is litigating against banks and credits unions in over three dozen class actions involving overdraft fees.
