Digital Marketing Specialist (Hybrid)

Our plaintiff-side law firm, Gibbs Law Group LLP, is looking to grow our digital marketing team. We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual who is interested in building on their expertise through hands-on experience. Want to dive into one of the most competitive verticals, while strategizing with lawyers, software team members, and legal assistants to help ordinary people take on massive corporations? Then this role may be a good fit for you.
What our Firm Does:
We represent regular people in high-stakes, high-profile mass action and class action litigation. We bring cases against the world’s largest corporations and litigate cases within various practice areas including employment, consumer protection, financial fraud, sexual assault, personal injury, and antitrust.
Qualifications
You’ll Need to Have:
- A commitment to the work we do
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- An intense interest in marketing and digital advertising
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical thinking
- A genuine interest in blazing a new path at the intersection of law, marketing, and technology
- Prior digital marketing experience is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience with SEO is preferred
What You’ll Learn (& prior experience is a plus):
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Draft webpages that rank at the top of Google
- Digital advertising strategy: research and help determine effective platforms to reach an intended audience. Draft and design effective ads, and evaluate ad quality using key metrics
- Salesforce: Set up dashboards and reports to track the efficacy of your marketing campaigns
- Email marketing: Draft effective emails with motivating call-to-actions
- How to experiment: Formulate and test hypotheses for effective digital or email marketing strategies
- How to use Figma and Canva: Create graphics for digital advertising and email marketing campaigns
- Project Management: Work with key stakeholders and teams on long-term projects with many moving pieces

Benefits, Job Logistics, and How to Apply:
The salary range is $23-40 per hour based on experience, plus benefits and discretionary bonus. GLG offers an excellent benefits package, including generous vacation and leave policies, fully employer‐paid health benefits and an employer-contributed 401(k) plan.
