Gibbs Law Group Files Class Action to Enforce Motorola Consumer Warranty Obligations

Girard Gibbs filed a class action in United States District Court in the Northern District of Illinois to require Motorola to honor warranty obligations owed to purchasers of Motorola smartphones and smartwatches.
