HSBC Overdraft Fees Lawsuit
On November 8, 2019, Gibbs Law Group filed a class action lawsuit against HSBC Bank for allegedly charging excessive insufficient funds (NSF) fees. On December 10, 2020, we won an important victory when the judge allowed the case to move forward on our breach of contract claim.
Right now, the lawsuit only relates to insufficient funds (NSF) fees.
