Court Grants Final Approval to $117.5 million Comcast Data Breach Settlement
On August 20, 2026, Judge John Milton Younge granted final approval to a $117.5 million settlement with Comcast Cable Communications, LLC and Comcast Corporation on behalf of current and former Comcast customers whose personal information was compromised in a data breach of Comcast’s systems in October 2023.

You may be entitled to a reimbursement for out-of-pocket losses and lost time or cash payment if you were sent an individual notification of the October 2023 Data Breach, which Comcast publicly disclosed in December 2023.
The deadline to submit a Claim Form is September 14, 2026.
