Caesars Entertainment has acknowledged that in early September of 2023, hackers stole a copy of a database containing the personal information of a “significant number” of its loyalty “Rewards” customers. According to Caesars, the stolen data includes Social Security numbers and driver’s license numbers for a significant number of Rewards members. In addition, Caesars has acknowledged that “other data” was stolen, but it has not said how many individuals were affected.

Equally important, Gibbs Law Group would force Caesars to fix its apparently ineffective information security systems to protect the data from future data breaches.
