As a litigation assistant with the employment practice group, Zoe helps develop new employment cases by conducting interviews and assessing potential claims for people who have experienced wrongdoing at their workplace. She also helps to investigate potential class action lawsuits involving financial fraud, unethical business practices and securities fraud.
Zoe graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2010 with a degree in Sociology. Zoe moved to the Bay Area to pursue a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Through prior career experiences she witnessed firsthand some employment issues that negatively affected both her and her coworkers, which inspired her to want to help others struggling with similar issues. Zoe joined Gibbs Law Group to help make a difference for other workers facing unfair treatment.
